Sitting high on the hillside above Loch Awe, our custom built cabins combine luxury accommodation with eco friendly living. Think small but amazing spaces. Powered by solar panels and heated by a cosy wood burning stove our cabins can operate off grid. We have two cabins. Each cabin is compact, but has been designed to create not just elegantly efficient, self contained accommodation, but also a feeling of space.
Each split level interior is entered from a private deck, and steps down under a gently rising ceiling from the living area to the bedroom, where tall windows offer stunning views of Loch Awe and create a daylight filled space.
Interior
The interiors have a modern scandi feel with the walls lined with natural wood and elegant furnishings. Innovative sustainable materials have been used throughout to create a stunning and unique look.
Practicalities
Parking is located below the cabins and it is a short walk up some steps to the front door. The wood burning stove will be ready for you to light, which will quickly make the cabin cosy whenever you need it. Logs and kindling are provided. A small gas boiler provides hot water on demand. There is a two ring gas burner for cooking and a small fridge to keep food and drinks cool. There is a breakfast bar for indoor dining and a table and chairs for outdoor dining on the deck.
