We are within 2 hours drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh, and only 30 minutes from Oban. Sitting high above the village of Lochawe with spectacular views over the loch and to the mountains beyond. You can easily be transported into our dramatic highland landscape of lochs, mountains and castles.
Explore the area
Loch Awe has much to offer with iconic heritage and nature right on our doorstep. Whether its a short woodland walk, a longer trip into the mountains, a day canoeing, or a visit to Kilchurn Castle and St Conan's Kirk, we are in the perfect location to act as your base camp. Take a drive, go for a walk, take the train but be prepared to take some photos!
